So in this mixed up season we get to the point where we should be missing
first teams whilst they go off and ply their trade for the national team and
we welcome the second stream with some junior academy boys on the bench to get
their first taste of Saints rugby. Yes it is the LV Cup and this year the
starting team was more academy than normal - the same could not be said of the
bench as a raft of returnees from the land of the long white cloud waited to
be re-introduced to rugby.
