good place to find used or cheap horizontal engines in washington state?
as the title says i live in washington and me and a friend are building a go kart and are looking for used or cheap horizontal engines. does anyone know of anygood places that sells them? we have some lawnmower engines but those are vertical shaft and will not work. we have called some local junkyards asking for small engines but it seems they do not have any. what other types of engines will i be able to use i know pressure washers, roto-tillers, edgers have horizontal engines but what other equipment uses them that i may be able to find for cheap and rip out the engine? remember i live in washington state, i could order off a site but all the ones i saw had engines for such a high price since they were new but even then the prices were widely different from site to site. any help would be apprieciated.

Just look on Craigslist for an old one...
