Samsung SCX 4016 - A Wise Business Arrangement

Choosing a printer is never an easy thing. The moment you settle on one, you see something else that makes your eyes pop out of your head. But once you really think about it, how many of those advanced features do you really need for home printing. This is when the Samsung SCX 4016 printer starts to shine. The best toner for this printer is the Samsung SCX 4016 toner.

While the printer originally sold for almost $300, you can commonly find it now for less than $200. This is not a reflection of the quality of the printer, rather the normal technology advances that now have other models that are priced much higher.

While this may not be a printer that you can use for a large corporate office, home printing for a personal business or something for the kids are jobs that this printer will just eat right up. It may be considered no frills, but how many bells and whistles do you need a home printer?

In most cases with an expensive printer, the frustration starts the moment you take it out of the box. You can't get it hooked up right and then the software never seems to want to work. The beauty of a basic printer like this is that 10 minutes from the time you open the box, you are printing away.

Something else to consider is the amount of space that the machine is going to take up. Nothing to worry about here as the edge of your desk is more than enough space for this printer. It also does a more than adequate job of page output with 17 pages a minute. There are printers that cost 3 times as much that put out the same or less.

The closest competitors to this printer are various HP Laserjets and another Samsung Printer. However, while they are all similar in features, the HP printers are significantly more expensive. For instance, the HP Laserjet 3030 sells for as high as $500 on some sites. The closest that you will find in the HP group is the HP LaserJet 3015, but it pales in comparison production wise the Samsung.

This printer may not have everything that you want, but does it have everything that you need? For home printing, the answer is a resounding yes. It can handle the kids school reports and any printing that you may need on a daily basis.

The final factor for any printer is how much is it going to cost you to replace the SCX 4016 toner cartridge once it runs out? You will be delighted to know that along with the printer being reasonably priced, the Samsung ML 1430 toner cartridge falls right in line. We are all looking to save money anywhere we can and this printer and printer toner cartridge seems like the logical choice for the bargain minded. You will definitely want to keep this on your list of printers to check out when you are shopping.

Liberal Democrat News 2nd December 2011 (Libdems)

Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg last Friday outlined a £1bn Youth Contract to
tackle youth unemployment. Starting next April, the Youth Contract will
provide at least 410,000 new work places for 18 to 24-year-olds over a three-
year period, including 160,000 wage subsidies and 250,000 new work experience
placements.

In addition, there will be at least 20,000 more incentive payments to
encourage employers to take on young apprentices. There will also be a new
programme to help the most disengaged 16 and 17 year olds - getting them back
to school or college, onto an apprenticeship or into a job with training.

The Youth Contract is open to all businesses, including those that already
employ large numbers of young people (like retail and construction) and
emerging sectors (like the green economy, creative industries and ICT).

> “The aim of the Youth Contract is to get every unemployed young person
earning or learning again before long term damage is done,” said Nick. “This
is a £1bn package, and what's different about it is that it gets young people
into proper, lasting jobs in the private sector.

“But it's a contract, a two-way street: if you sign up ...
