I kind of have this problem with touching my face. I know it's not good because dirt & oil from your hands get on your face. But I'm like touching my face alot to make sure theres nothing on it. I figured if I learned to stop doing this it might not make my face break out any worse or anything?

Also, I'm looking to get rid of acne. I can't really tell how bad it is until a pimple pops up. My skin is very sensitive (I'm allergic to some soaps & not good with plants either!) I have some acne free (It's similar to Proactiv but it's sold at Costco) but I've been afraid to use it continiously since my skin is so sensitive. I wash my face 2-3 times a day. 2 of those times I use this special was I got from my doctor. It's a creamy wash with benzol peroxide.. I also use this biore anti-blackhead cream cleanser.
