If you were a racer you would call it a “puke tank” but because this is a car, it would be a reservoir. It probably has a radiator cap on it and the place it is leaking might be either the neck or the attach point or the radiator. If you can find the leak, pull the tank and go to the local radiator shop and they can solder the tank back up for a lot less than a replacement will cost. If you are hard pressed for a replacement though I would look on the internet for a corvett club and work from there.
